Great medium-difficulty running/walking trail

Comments: I'm a distance racewalker and I walked on this trail to train for some long distance trail races. It's got some difficult dips and loops and hills interspersed with some very easy and relaxing sections. It's maintained by DORBA and very popular with mountain bikers so you have to be careful. Also, since it's an urban preserve, there is a fair amount of trash and the water doesn't smell great. But there is plenty of wildlife, especially big spiders that build webs across the trail. Be careful if you are the trail blazer that day!
