Temp started at 50 and ended at 80.  Sunny with light wind.

Easy hike along dry, easy to see and traverse trails.  There was not much activity out today even though I started just before sunrise. Bird activity was minimal but I saw a Great Horned Owl as I was driving in, a Jack Rabbit that ran in front of me but wasn't hit and a number of deer watching me drive into the park.  An equestrian I spoke to on the trail, told me she saw about 30 javalina crossing a park road earlier in the day but I wasn't so lucky.

I saw some deer here and there as I hiked but otherwise, it was a long but photo-less hike.
