Leg 2 -  Winding Snake (S) > Chaparral > Shortcut across Red Dam Area > unmarked trails by Chaparral Pavilion > Playground parking area   2.0 miles

Leg 3 -  Playground parking area > Roadrunner Loop > Playground parking area     3.1 miles

Temps started at 22, ended at 52.  Sunny with a steady 5-10mph SW Breeze.

An easy hike along dry and easy to traverse trails.  Explored a few new or not often visited areas.  No animals and very few birds were out although there were Black Buzzards and Turkey Vultures circling overhead.  Not much else to report.
