Another Horned Lizard
Last few hikes I've taken included a sighting of a Horned Lizard. Glad they are again making an appearance.

Comments:

Leg 1 -  Burkett Park > WS to LL Connector > Roller Coaster > West Potts Creek > Turkey Creek > 5 Points Junction > River Bend > service road (NW) > Cougar Overlook    5.8 miles

Leg 2 -  Cougar Overlook > serice road (SSW) > Trailhead to Trailhead (S) > Burkett Trail > Burkett Park   3.1 miles

Temp started at 75, ended at 95.  Sunny with light SW breeze.

Easy hike along groomed and easy to traverse trails.  Saw a large group of Turkey Vultures sitting in the trees, a few Mockingbirds and a few Ash Throated Flycatchers.  I saw Horned Lizards at two different locations which is very good!  On my last three or four hikes, I've spotted Horned Lizards which is definitely a good thing.  Not much else to report.
