The Rock Reappears!

San Angelo State Park
The North Concho River feeds into the O.C. Fisher reservoir at the park. When the water level in the river is low a large rock can be seen in the river. Until today, the rock has been submerged but it has reappeared - NOT a good sign!! We need rain!
