According to sources such as the National Park Service (NPS), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the National Park Conversation Association (NPCA), here are the five most endangered US national parks.

Other than Indiana Dunes National Park, none of those selected seem too surprising.

Indiana Dunes National Park definitely stands out on that list—it’s not one that typically comes to mind when thinking about endangered parks. However, it makes sense given its unique location and the environmental pressures it faces, like industrial pollution and habitat loss.
