I like Sugar Land. They know how to "do" parks right. Eldridge Park is just another example.
The park is not very big, but it is clean, very well-maintained, and scenic. It has a community recreation center, a zillion soccer fields, playground, etc. The trail is paved concrete and runs around the perimeter of the park. Very nice park to exercise in or take the family or loved ones.
