Comments: The Upper Burro Mesa Pouroff Trail is a linear trail that leads you from Ross Maxwell Scenic Drive out to the top of Burro Mesa Pouroff. You cannot get to the Lower Burro Mesa Pouroff Trail because it is at a lower elevation, but you can get right above it.

The trail starts off somewhat mediocre, but improves as you go along. About half way down the trail, you enter into a canyon that is very scenic. You continue through the canyon until you reach the end where the pouroff is.
