This hike was a walk around the Aztec Ruins National Monument. I did not have my GPS with me, so there is no track file. The trail is an interpretive (numbered) trail that is easy to follow.
As you'll learn when you visit this site, it was not created by the Aztec Indians, but rather than ancestral Pueblo indians that settled the Chaco Canyon area. The site was misnamed by European explorers.
One nice feature of this National Monument is that it has a kiva that has been restored to what scientists believe to be similar to its original state.
