I visited Red Rock Canyon State Park with my three kids in the middle of summer. Do not go at this time of year - it is extremely hot. It was 104 degrees on the day we were there. We walked around the Hagen and Red Cliff Trails. It is a photographer's paradise as there are incredibly beautiful rock formations caused by erosion.
