staying at the park for the weekend was delightful. i really enjoyed hiking in to the primitive camp site. from there, we hiked to and from the summit of enchanted rock at least twice. the view from the top was incredibly beautiful.

this was probably my favorite hike so far. i really enjoyed following and crossing the creek. it was especially nice, because most of the time, i had the whole trail to myself. i was able to stop and relax in the creek with my dog before we finished the trail. overall, it was lovely.

this was a lovely hike. although i hiked it solo on a very hot day, i loved the solitude and the views. i was not hugely excited about being able to hear the highway for almost the entire hike, but it was a beautiful trail.

this hike was fun to do with friends. clearly, many people come here on the weekends with their families and friends to swim and enjoy the creek.
