Pondarosa Ridge, Lake Maloya, Opportunity and Little Horse Mesa Trails

This log covers my hike of the Pondarosa Ridge, Lake Maloya, Opportunity and Little Horse Mesa Trails.  Some parts of this hike were strenuous and involves a lot of elevation change.  The hike was very scenic and actually took me across the state line into Colorado near Dorothy Lake.  Little Horse Mesa was bigger than I thought.  The trail was not easy to find, so I walked cross country through the tall grass on top of the mesa hoping there were no snakes.  The ground was wet and muddy.  The views from the mesa were very scenic.
