My wife hiked through Tuna Harbor Park as a part of a longer hike to Chicano Park. You can see the entire log of that hike here - http://hikingtrailhead.com/Logs/ShowLog.aspx?LogID=182072. Tuna Harbor Park is a fairly small park, but beautifully situated. Nearby there is a very nice Salute to Bob Hope and the Military memorial.
